The Unity of the Church and the Diversity of the Kingdom

The church exists to testify that the kingdom of God has arrived. The unity of the believers in the church is central to that witness, but how is it possible for Christians to be unified when they have different opinions on significant matters? The way forward is to cherish the doctrine of Christian liberty that is created by the absolute rule of Christ over his kingdom.
