Christ Remembered, Sin Forgotten
June 23, 2019 Speaker: Ben Janssen Series: Hebrews
Scripture: Hebrews 10:1–18
The constant sacrifice of animals mandated by Old Testament law was designed to remind the people of the pollution of sin. Yet the promise of the Old Testament was that sacrifices would no longer be needed once sin was decisively removed and the people were made perfect. Through his sacrifice as our High Priest, Jesus has perfected God's people, and the Holy Spirit now leads them into the freedom of God's forgiveness.
