The climactic event in all of history is the life of Jesus of Nazareth. The Bible tells us that Jesus is the incarnate Son of God, and his arrival as a baby born to Mary and Joseph signals the breaking in of heaven on earth. The mystery of what God planned to do in human history starts to become clear with the incarnation of the Son of God.
