The Definite Display of God's Limitless Love

Salvation is a gracious gift from God that prompts those who have been given such a great gift to ask how and why God has done this for them. The atonement of Christ on the cross provides some answers, highlighting some of the benefits that come from this atonement and demonstrating God's lavish love for his enemies. As Christians look forward to an even more glorious future, the achievement of the cross keeps them grounded in thanksgiving to God and to no one else.
