Speaker: Ben Janssen
Date: April 25, 2010
Text: Mark 1:12-20
Summary: The Gospel is a message of grace and peace, but that does not mean it is safe. The dangerous nature of the gospel can be seen in Jesus' temptation in the wilderness, his "going public" with his ministry, and the calling of his first disciples. Text: Acts 17:1-15
Summary: The resurrection of Jesus is the sine qua non of the apostles' preaching in the book of Acts. What effect did the preaching of a resurrected Messiah have on people?
